HELLO PORTSMOUTH NETBALLERS!

 

Welcome to SHOOTING STARS NETBALL CLUB - the fastest growing netball club in Portsmouth.

 

Shooting Stars is committed to offering netball in Portsmouth to all ages and at all levels. We are the only club in Portsmouth to have been awarded England Netball’s Silver CAPS accreditation which sets us aside as having both qualified coaches and a development programme in line with Sport England’s guidelines.

 

Our coaches are fully involved in developing netball at both local level (via schools) and at County Level with our Head Coach having recently been appointed as Head Coach of the Hampshire U16 Talent Academy.

 

 

Adults Regional Squad

UNBEATEN SOUTH REGIONAL 3 LEAGUE WINNERS



We enter junior teams in local leagues in U12, U14 & U16 age groups. We also have 4 adult teams playing in the Portsmouth League, 2 adult teams playing in the Gosport League and a regional squad competing in South Region division 3.

 

All our coaches are CRB checked and first aid trained and whilst we love to win, we also believe netball should be FUN!

 

Whether you are new to netball or an experienced player or coach looking for a new team we would love to hear from you.

La Manga 2012

Change of dates!! The netball will be played on Sat 16th June & Sun 17th June 2012. We will be looking to book flights in the New Year.
